Job summary

SCREAMING EAGLE TURBINES LLC is seeking a Field Engineer to manage on-site staff at customer locations and to generate and report project schedules daily and weekly. You will coordinate with the client for material readiness, approve assembly steps, and communicate schedule issues clearly for rapid client resolution.

The role involves onsite leadership, daily/weekly client meetings, and collaboration with SET Turbine Field Advisors across day and night shifts to ensure progress meets customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in plant operations or field maintenance.
• Deep understanding of heavy-duty or aero-derivative gas turbines and rotating equipment.
• Proficiency with office software and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute on-site manpower planning for turbine builds.
• Provide on-site staff management direction and daily status reports.
• Serve as primary customer liaison with daily progress updates.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze build schedules and review requirements for timely completion.
