Job summary

Alpine Energy in El Reno, OK is seeking a Field Engineer to provide on-site technical oversight during hydraulic fracturing treatments, including planning, data monitoring, and post-job analysis.

You will work with FieldPro/FracPro, verify data systems, track materials, prepare stage reports, and communicate findings to leadership and customers; a bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years of field experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years supporting hydraulic fracturing operations.
• Experience with data acquisition software (FracPro, FieldPro).
• Proficiency in Excel and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical oversight and data analysis for hydraulic fracturing operations.
• Prepare and review stage reports, post-job summaries, and documentation of treatment performance.
• Coordinate with field leadership, pump operators, and customer representatives to ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Mentor service quality technicians and junior field engineers.
• Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
