Job summary

DPR Construction in Phoenix seeks a Field Engineer to join our disciplined field operations team. You will participate in coordinating and executing field engineering activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and quality standards while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role focuses on applying engineering knowledge to improve construction processes, supporting project leaders and apprentices, and promoting safety and continuous improvement on site.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of field engineering or construction management experience.
• Associate degree in construction management or engineering required.
• OSHA 30 certification (preferred) and/or required within 6 months of hire.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical review and implementation of engineering plans on site.
• Coordinate with project managers, field staff, superintendents and subcontractors.
• Support site inspections and risk mitigation planning.
• Organize and update technical documents to ensure accuracy.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Share technical updates with project teams and leaders.
