Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced asset management specialist for process plants in Midland, TX. You will manage mechanical asset data, hierarchies, and CMMS platforms while collaborating with maintenance, reliability, operations, and engineering teams to ensure accurate data and effective PM programs.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience, a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, and strong proficiency with Maximo or SAP PM.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Process Plants with Asset Management.
• Experience managing mechanical asset data, equipment hierarchies, asset registers and master data.
• Strong understanding of CMMS platforms such as Maximo/SAP PM.

Responsibilities

• Conduct asset walkdowns and verify equipment data using P&IDs, drawings, manuals, and plant documentation.
• Develop Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans, Job Plans, Task Lists, maintenance procedures, and BoMs.
• Define maintenance strategies based on equipment criticality and OEM recommendations.
• Prepare and validate Maximo/SAP asset upload templates and support CMMS data cleansing/standardization.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Reliability, Operations, Engineering, OEMs, and Vendors to collect and validate technical information.
• Participate in client workshops/reviews and provide technical progress updates.
