Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an Asset Data Specialist to support asset data collection, verification, and Master Data creation for PM programs. The role involves working with CMMS systems to establish hierarchies and upload asset information.

You will prepare maintenance plans, review technical drawings, and coordinate with maintenance, operations, reliability, and engineering teams to ensure data quality and readiness for CMMS deployment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct asset walkdowns and field verification to collect data.
• Review P&IDs, equipment drawings, manuals for asset information.
• Develop and maintain asset registers for mechanical equipment.
• Create and validate equipment master data and asset attributes.
• Establish equipment hierarchies for CMMS deployment.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans for mechanical equipment.
• Prepare Job Plans, Task Lists, and Standard Maintenance Procedures.
• Validate BoM for maintainable assets.
• Define maintenance strategies based on criticality and OEM recommendations.
• Create structured asset hierarchies aligned with client standards.
• Prepare Maximo/SAP-ready asset upload templates.
• Assist CMMS cleansing, enrichment, and standardization activities.
• Validate asset master data prior to system upload.
• Coordinate with maintenance, reliability, operations, and engineering teams to obtain data.
• Interact with OEMs and vendors to obtain technical information.
• Participate in client reviews, workshops, and technical discussions.
• Provide periodic progress reports and technical updates.

• Prepare Job Plans, Task Lists, and Standard Maintenance Procedures.
• Validate Bills of Materials (BoM) for maintainable assets.
• Define maintenance strategies based on equipment criticality and OEM recommendations.
• Create structured asset hierarchies aligned with client standards.

Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in Process/Packaging plants, preferably in FMCG, Pharma, or Food industries, including Asset Management experience.
