Job summary

Green Office Partner is seeking an on-site Field Engineer to perform diagnostics and electromechanical maintenance on multi-function printer fleets within the Chicagoland area. You will ensure rapid on-site resolution, network integrations, and adherence to FTFR targets across a defined territory.

The role requires 2–5 years of field service experience, Xerox ConnectKey certifications, and strong analytic and scheduling abilities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on field service experience repairing multi-function office printers/copiers.
• Active Xerox ConnectKey Certifications or factory equivalent training.
• Proficiency with digital multimeters and reading electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide break-fix repairs on Xerox AltaLink/VersaLink fleets and related devices.
• Configure LANs including static IPs, subnets, and print queues.
• Deploy scan-to-network protocols (SMBv3, SFTP, SMTP) and secure login rules.
• Maintain inventory, parts, and onboarding per branch, and participate in training window.
