Pulice is seeking a Field Engineer to lead on construction projects in Houston, TX. You will provide technical engineering input to ensure work complies with standards, codes and contract specs, while coordinating materials, drawings and resources to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

You will review designs, assist in field layouts, and work with crews and subcontractors to achieve high-quality results.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1+ year of construction engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, and building materials.
• Ability to communicate effectively with project teams.

Aufgaben

• Meet daily with project crews to review production schedule and confirm materials, equipment and resources are available.
• Coordinate and analyze shop drawings, design specs and project data to ensure quality and compliance.
• Provide technical input for project work plan and scheduling; identify risks affecting budget or schedule.
• Track project performance by evaluating daily production, schedule and budget projections and document activities.
• Assist in cost coding with finance for employee time, materials and subcontractors; report financials accurately.
• Review and approve daily timecards; coordinate with office and payroll to resolve inquiries.
• Review project specs for QA at start, during, and after work; manage certificates, inspections and documentation.
• Plan field layout and ensure utility lines are marked; arrange permits as needed.
• Assist development of design drawings and provide technical input when required.
• Coordinate subcontractor work methods, schedule and crews as needed.
