Responsibilities

• Meet daily with project crews to review production schedules.
• Collect, coordinate, and analyze project data for compliance.
• Provide technical input for project work plan and scheduling.
• Evaluate daily production and budget projections.
• Manage project financials including time and materials.
• Review and approve daily timecards for construction crews.
• Manage quality assurance for project specifications.
• Plan field layout and manage necessary permits.
• Assist in the development of design drawings.
• Coordinate subcontractor work methods and schedules.
