A family-owned heavy civil contractor in the United States is seeking a motivated Project Engineer for their West Texas Division. You will be responsible for maintaining safety standards, ensuring project efficiency, and coordinating with various teams on large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. The position offers competitive pay between $75,000 and $95,000, along with a full benefits package and supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of heavy civil experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling to active job sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and uphold quality standards.
• Ensure crews have all materials, equipment, and survey data needed.
• Track daily/weekly production, including timecards and quantities.
• Perform field measurements and quantity takeoffs.
• Coordinate with inspectors, subcontractors, and owner representatives.
• Prepare three-week look-ahead schedules and assist with planning.
• Support project teams, documentation, and company goals.
