Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering or related degree
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship to begin or continue employment
• Broad knowledge of scheduling and cost control, and ability to read owner specs and drawings
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with SureTrak, Hard Dollar, Revit, SAP, Pro Log and/or Primavera P6 is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills; clear written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse team to build, estimate, and schedule mechanical, electrical and heavy industrial systems
• Support administrative and construction activities: review proposals, perform takeoffs, prepare cost estimates, attend pre-bid meetings
• Learn to supervise subcontractors and communicate with vendors
• Prepare work plans, ensure quality control, track costs and materials, schedule equipment, and maintain safety programs
• Demonstrate leadership potential in fast-paced construction environments
• Relocation may be required as business needs evolve
