Job summary

Nox Group invites motivated students in Construction Management or Engineering to join our 12-week Field Engineer Intern program in Harlingen, TX. You will work with Project Managers and Field Engineers, rotating through Preconstruction/Estimating, Industrial, and Manufacturing tracks to gain real-world experience.

You will help with field operations, surveying, quality control, document management, and weekly progress reporting while learning from seasoned professionals on active construction

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a four-year Construction Management or Engineering program.
• Ability to communicate with others effectively and take initiative.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Engineers and Field Superintendents to support field operations and ensure safety and quality.
• Assist in surveying and layout to guide installations and create lift drawings as needed.
• Participate in project meetings and maintain up-to-date contract documents, drawings, and submittals.
