Qualifications

• Applicant must be currently enrolled in a four-year Construction Management or Engineering program.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Positive and teachable attitude.
• Safety sensitive position; drug test and background check apply.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Engineers and Field Superintendents to support field operations.
• Survey and layout to guide installations.
• Quality control and inspections.
• Participate in project meetings.
• Manage contract documents, drawings, submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
• Report field issues promptly.
• Track quantities of installed materials weekly.
• Manage equipment and materials on-site.
• Maintain record drawings and as-builts.
