Job summary

MMR Group is seeking a Field Engineer to support field installation activities in Cameron, LA. You will conduct walkdowns, verify layouts, resolve constructability issues, and assist with inspections while maintaining as‑built records and progress reports.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Construction Management, experience in electrical/instrumentation construction, and strong organizational and communication skills. A flexible schedule and the ability to work up to 60 hours per week are required.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in electrical and instrumentation construction.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support field installation by conducting walkdowns and layout verifications.
• Resolve constructability issues and assist with inspections.
• Maintain as‑built documentation and progress tracking.
• Report daily installation progress and quantities to supervision.
• Coordinate with foremen, supervisors, and field staff.
