Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or a related field.
• Experience in electrical and instrumentation construction.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specs.
• Ability to work independently and manage time under deadlines.
• Basic knowledge in estimating and controls.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Verify timesheets, quantities, and reported production.
• Track and report construction progress.
• Maintain constraint, Extra Work Order, and RFI logs.
• Identify material requirements, confirm availability and procurement status.
• Identify RFIs, Change Orders, and schedule impacts and relay findings.
• Develop quantity takeoffs for EWO and revised drawings with Project Controls Engineer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and upper management.
