Job summary

ReCon Management Services is seeking a Field Engineer to support the I-10 Pipe Rack Relocation Project. The role focuses on system turnover, PSSR execution, and startup readiness, coordinating with Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Contractors to ensure complete and safe handover.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in field engineering with strong turnover, punch-list, and documentation experience, and be able to work in active construction environments with extended hours as

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related technical field.
Five+ years of field engineering, construction, commissioning, or industrial facility experience.
Experience with system turnover, mechanical completion, and PSSR activities.
Ability to read P&IDs, drawings, specs, and vendor data.

Responsibilities

Provide field engineering support during construction, commissioning, and startup.
Verify equipment, piping, electrical/instrumentation, controls, and safety systems meet specs.
Develop and maintain system boundaries, turnover sequences, acceptance criteria, and completion status.
Coordinate turnover packages including drawings, P&IDs, data, and turnover docs.
Lead system walkdowns and identify incomplete work.
