Job summary

JT4, LLC is seeking a Field Engineer III to lead complex field engineering tasks, installing, operating, testing, and maintaining sophisticated electronic and mechanical systems on DoD telemetry ranges.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, logistics, and program management to define specifications; preparing technical papers and evaluating proposals; and maintaining system documentation and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• SME knowledge of telemetry acquisition systems, RF theory, and IRIG standards.
• Experience in designing, building out, and sustaining Range Telemetry systems is preferred.
• Ability to prepare technical papers and perform engineering studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead on complex field engineering assignments involving installation, operation, testing, and maintenance of telemetry systems.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, financial, and program management to define system specifications.
• Prepare, deliver and submit technical papers; develop technical documentation and system specifications.
