Job summary

IES Holdings is seeking a Field Engineer II - Security Systems to program and install security systems (Card Access, CCTV, CATV, and Intrusion) per manufacturer specs and drawings. You will serve as a senior AV technical lead on projects, guiding installation and commissioning work.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with travel across the assigned branch and regional territory as needed. Proficiency with MS Office and blueprints is expected.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of commercial security systems experience.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior AV technical lead for system troubleshooting and field execution.
• Provide QA, project support, and ensure quality standards throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with field teams, project management, estimating, and sales.
• Support training initiatives and drive process improvements from kickoff to completion.
