Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field completed within the last 36 months.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
• Maximum one year of work experience post-degree.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, numerical, data analysis and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with crew to deploy tools and services, including liaising with customers and shore-based managers.
• Hands-on site work to solve complex technical problems and implement solutions.
• Prepare and receive outbound/inbound equipment and products for the site.
• Support tenders with data analysis and cost estimates, including invoicing activities.
• Engage in job shadowing to develop a holistic understanding of the business.
