Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field earned within the last 36 months.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong interpersonal skills with teamwork and leadership ability.
• Demonstrate leadership, critical thinking and numerical skills with data analysis and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with crew members to deploy tools and services, including liaison with customers and shore-based Operations Managers.
• Participate in solving complex technical problems through hands-on work at the work site.
• Prepare, document, and handle outbound and inbound equipment and products for the work site.
• Provide support for tenders, including data analysis and cost estimates, and perform invoicing activities.
• Engage in job shadowing to develop a broad understanding of the business.
