Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a dynamic Field Engineer to join our heavy civil and infrastructure team. The position serves as the liaison between the construction site and the office, supporting the Project Engineer and Superintendent.

You will spend the majority of time in the field, driving production tracking, planning, and data reporting to keep projects on schedule. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with strong MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or something similar.
• Moderate to high level of proficiency operating MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
• Be able to communicate in English via verbal and written communications
• Valid driver license for occasional, required travel

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with project staff to track and analyze work plans for field efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and report daily quantities installed and performed.
• Analyze budgeted vs actual production rates and material yield.
• Ensure field work meets project standards and specifications.
