Job summary

Rise Group Inc. seeks a Field Engineer to perform hands-on field inspections of power boilers, pressure vessels, piping and turbines across the United States.

The role involves collecting data, drafting detailed engineering reports, and supervising field crews and subcontractors on site. The candidate should have an engineering degree, be proficient in MS Office, and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering field required.
• Experience writing detailed technical reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills with coworkers, management and clients, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on field inspections of power boilers, pressure vessels, power piping, steam turbines and related components.
• Collect accurate field data and compose detailed engineering reports.
• Manage field crew of weld repair and NDT technicians at the job site.
• Communicate findings to field crew, management and clients; present reports.
• Oversee subcontractors and troubleshoot field issues.
• Perform other duties to support the team.
