Caddell Construction is seeking a Field Engineer for Governmental projects across various locations. You will supervise craft teams, coordinate with field engineering, and assist in planning schedules and resources.
Extensive travel is required, with a focus on meeting project specifications and safety standards. The role emphasizes communication, organization, and collaboration with project management to anticipate and resolve challenges on site.

Minimum high school diploma/GED. Four year degree preferred.
Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong client relations skills are a must. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to use Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
While the salary range is typically between $49,100 - $73,600 annually, applicants are encouraged to share compensation expectations as part of the application process. Caddell honors prior experience, education, and qualifications of applicants in order to make attractive and competitive offers.
