Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Field Coordination: Offer constructability input during planning and execution.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Implement and maintain quality control standards; lead preconstruction meetings; manage and verify construction mock-ups.
• Safety Leadership: Enforce site safety plans; lead weekly job-wide safety meetings; conduct safety audits and checklists.
• Site Leadership & Team Engagement: Direct field crews for daily tasks; perform material take-offs; maintain logs and compliance docs.
