Trofholz Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Field Engineer – Electronic Security Systems to own field operations and lead installation crews on mission-critical security projects across the country.

You will install, program, test, and troubleshoot ESS such as Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Detection while coordinating with the Project Manager. Ideal candidates have 5+ years ESS/low-voltage experience and 3+ years leading installations, with a willingness to travel up to 50% and the

Qualifications

• 5+ years ESS/low-voltage installation and programming experience.
• 3+ years leading installation teams on projects.
• Experience managing $100K+ low-voltage projects.
• Up to 50% regional travel and ability to obtain government clearance.
• Hands-on CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion Detection skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations and installation crews at project sites.
• Install, program, test, and troubleshoot low-voltage electronic security systems.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, safety, and customer requirements with the PM.
• Maintain tools and equipment; enforce site safety and quality standards.
• Document field progress and communicate milestones and issues to management.
