Job summary

Trofholz Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Engineer – Electronic Security Systems (ESS) ready to own field operations, lead installation teams, and support the successful delivery of mission-critical security projects at client sites.

You will install, program, test, and troubleshoot Integrated Electronic Security Systems (IESS) including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, and structured cabling, coordinating with the Project Manager to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; OSHA 30 certification.
• 5+ years installing and programming low-voltage ESS.
• 3+ years as Lead Installation Technician or field lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations and installation crews on sites.
• Install, program, test, and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, safety, and customer requirements with Project Manager.
• Ensure tools and materials are available; document field progress and issues.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with project specs.
