Trofholz Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Field Engineer – Electronic Security Systems (ESS) ready to take ownership of field operations, lead installation teams, and support the successful delivery of mission-critical security projects.
For more than 22 years, Trofholz has delivered security and technology solutions protecting federal facilities and critical infrastructure across the country. In this role, you will provide day-to-day field leadership while remaining actively involved in the installation, programming, testing, and troubleshooting of Integrated Electronic Security Systems (IESS), including Access Control, Video Surveillance (CCTV), Intrusion Detection, structured cabling, and supporting infrastructure.
The Field Engineer works closely with the Project Manager and project team to coordinate field activities, schedules, materials, safety, quality, and customer requirements. This is a hands‑on position for someone who understands both the technical work and what it takes to keep a project moving successfully in the field.
We strongly value military experience and welcome transitioning service members and veterans. Experience in communications, electronics, security, engineering, construction, maintenance, technical operations, or leading teams in mission-driven environments can translate well to this role.

Pay Range: $33.07–$36.08 per hour, depending on experience.
