Job summary

Power Design is seeking a Field Engineer to work on our electrical construction projects. You will learn the business of running large-scale projects under supervision, with mentoring from the Superintendent and project team.

You will gain hands-on experience across installation scopes, collaborate with senior staff, and participate in commissioning and handover activities while maintaining a strong safety focus on site.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a construction-related degree, or individual with 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Detail-oriented professional with the ability to quickly solve problems and adapt to challenges.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Gain firsthand experience of electrical installation scopes on projects.
• Support project team deliverables with accuracy and quality.
• Promote a culture of safety onsite by recognizing hazards and implementing corrections.
• Coordinate schedules, labor forecast, inventory, material, and project correspondence with suppliers and contractors.
