Power Design, Inc. seeks a driven Field Engineer to learn and contribute on our construction projects. You will work under supervision on electrical installation scopes and support the project team through all phases, gaining practical experience and growing with the company.

Applicants should have a construction-related degree or 4+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office. Safety, teamwork, and a proactive approach are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a construction-related degree, or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Detail-oriented professional with the ability to quickly solve problems and adapt to new challenges.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Gain firsthand experience of electrical installation scopes on decks, rough, trim and distribution.
• Provide support with project deliverables across all phases of construction; ensure accuracy and quality.
• Promote on-site safety by recognizing hazards and implementing corrections.
• Coordinate schedules, manage labor forecasting, inventory, material and project correspondence.
• Interact with customers and other trades while representing the organization in the field.
• Apply training from our facility and use cutting-edge technology on assigned projects.
