Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual for an on-site Field Engineer role on our electrical construction projects. You will gain hands-on experience with electrical installation scopes, working under supervision to learn all business aspects of running large-scale projects.

Ideal candidates are college graduates with a construction-related degree or those with 4+ years of relevant experience. Strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills are essential, and a non-smoker.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a construction-related degree, or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Detail-oriented professional with the ability to quickly solve problems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Non-smoker.

Responsibilities

• Gain firsthand experience of electrical installation scopes including decks, rough, trim and distribution.
• Support project deliverables across all phases to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Help maintain safety onsite by recognizing hazards and ensuring corrections.
• Coordinate schedules, labor forecast, inventory, material and project correspondence.
• Interact with customers and other trades while representing the organization in the field.
