Power Design Inc. is seeking a motivated field engineer for on-site experience on our electrical projects.

Under supervision of a superintendent, you will learn the business aspects of running large-scale construction projects while developing professional skills on real sites. This entry-level role emphasizes safety, collaboration with the project team, and growth within a nationwide electrical contractor.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a construction-related degree or equivalent 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and adaptability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Gain firsthand experience of electrical installation scopes including decks, rough, trim and distribution.
• Support project deliverables throughout all phases to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Promote safety on-site by identifying hazards and ensuring corrections.
• Coordinate schedules, labor forecast, inventory, materials and project correspondence with suppliers and contractors.
• Interact with customers and other trades while representing Power Design in the field.
• Utilize training to support on assigned projects using state-of-the-art facility tech.
