We’re hiring a hands-on, detail-oriented Electrical Field Engineer to join our team!
If you have a solid background in electrical design and construction, love coordinating with contractors, and enjoy being out in the field where the action is — this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities:
Support electrical building system design, installation, and commissioning.
Review engineering drawings, product submittals, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for equipment delivery and setup.
Oversee on-site electrical work, ensuring safety, quality, and code compliance.
Participate in scheduling, inspections, utility shutdown coordination, and progress reporting.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in electrical design or field engineering.
2+ years in construction management or field coordination.
Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and relevant safety standards.
Experience with industrial, automotive, or manufacturing facilities is .
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Important:
Must be located in San Antonio, TX or surrounding areas (this is an on-site role).
Pay is $30–$35/hr, depending on experience and qualifications.
