Job summary

Baker Hughes Holdings LLC invites recent graduates to join its Early Career Program for Field Engineers. Over a 36-month period, you will work on-site with client teams to install, maintain, and start equipment, while contributing to tender support and data analysis tasks.

You will gain leadership, numerical, and project-management skills through hands-on field experience and mentorship, with access to diverse teams and a broad range of career options after program completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (all fields) within last 12 months.
• GPA minimum 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; excellent communication.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with crew members to deploy tools and services, including liaison with customers and shore-based Operations Managers.
• Participate in solving complex technical problems through hands-on work at the work site.
• Prepare, document, and receive outbound and inbound equipment and products.
• Provide support for tenders, including data analysis and cost estimates, and perform invoicing activities.
• Engage in job shadowing opportunities to develop a holistic understanding of the business.
