Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering within the previous 12 months.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Willing to travel extensively and work rotational schedules.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured technical bootcamps and on-the-job training.
• Execute field operations alongside experienced engineers.
• Deploy, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain technical equipment and services.
• Apply procedures and make decisions in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
• Support customers and field crews during critical operations.
• Coordinate with operational teams, service delivery personnel, and customers to ensure successful execution of work.
• Develop problem-solving skills through hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and system-level challenges.
• Gain experience across multiple operational environments through travel and field assignments.
• Participate in mentoring, job shadowing, cross-functional rotations, and developmental projects.
• Progress through Field Engineer competency levels based on demonstrated capability and safety leadership.
• Complete a capstone project and all required milestones for program graduation.
