Job summary

Baker Hughes Holdings LLC invites new graduates to join its Early Career Program as Field Engineers. This 36-month program places you at the interface between on-site teams and clients, helping install, maintain, and start equipment while supporting site services that meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field within the last 12 months.
• Maximum of one year work experience post‑degree.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong interpersonal skills with aptitude for teamwork.
• Demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, numerical skills, data analysis and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with crew members to deploy tools and services, including liaison with customers and shore-based Operations Managers.
• Participating in finding solutions to complex technical problems through hands‑on work at the work site.
• Preparing, documenting, and receiving outbound and inbound equipment and products, including products to and from the work site.
• Providing support for tenders, including data analysis and cost estimates, as well as performing invoicing activities.
• Engaging in job shadowing opportunities to develop a holistic understanding of the business.
