Job summary

TMEIC Corporation seeks a Technical Advisory Services engineer to coordinate installation and commissioning for assigned projects, ensuring schedules and performance criteria are met. Responsibilities include commissioning, tuning regulators, troubleshooting, and reporting status to stakeholders while maintaining safety and quality standards across multivendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or related field.
• 2 years' experience commissioning power distribution, power electronics, and rotating machines.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally ~75%.
• Proven client, supplier, and internal relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and initiative skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, programming language, and simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Commission AC/DC drive systems and/or control software to meet design performance criteria.
• Tune up closed-loop regulators for optimal equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot and correct complex control system problems.
• Design, configure, and test system software and hardware per contract.
• Gather information to assess project requirements and scope.
• Provide regular commissioning status reports to stakeholders.
• Lead process components of client witness acceptance tests.
• Recommend improvements to procedures and engineering tools.
• Maintain safety qualifications and equipment readiness.
• Train client personnel on maintenance and operation.
• Plan and execute special projects up to 9 months when needed.
