Pulice seeks an experienced Field Engineer to lead on construction projects, ensuring work aligns with engineering standards, codes, and contract specs. You will oversee field operations, coordinate with crews, and provide technical input to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

This role emphasizes collaboration across teams, review of drawings and data, and proactive risk and cost management to deliver resilient community infrastructure.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1+ years of construction engineering experience.
• Basic knowledge of construction equipment, drawings, specs, materials, and standards.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to interface with others and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Meet daily with project crews to review the schedule and verify materials and resources.
• Coordinate and analyze shop drawings, designs, materials, and project data for quality and specs.
• Provide technical input for the project work plan and identify risks to schedule or budget.
• Evaluate daily production, schedule, and budget projections and document activities.
• Manage project cost coding and coordinate with finance on time, materials, equipment, and subs.
• Review timecards with Office Manager and supervisors to resolve inquiries.
• Review project specs for QA at start, during, and after work; handle certificates and inspections.
• Plan field layout with crews; mark utility and commercial lines; obtain permits.
• Assist development of design drawings and provide technical input.
• Coordinate subcontractor work methods, schedules, and crews.
