Qualifications

• Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or STEM-related program.
• Maintain a GPA of 2.75 or higher (4.0 scale).
• Fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills.
• Must be able to relocate for the duration of the internship (locations vary).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers on field operations like drilling, well testing, or equipment maintenance.
• Collect data from field activities and analyze for trends, troubleshooting issues.
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper working order.
• Keep detailed records and documentation for compliance and reference.
