Carrier Global Corporation is hiring an Associate Field Engineer in Albuquerque, NM. This role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting and DDC system optimization, with opportunities to travel and gain experience across diverse projects.

You will grow by tackling system complexity, documenting progress, and collaborating with a team to deliver reliable climate control solutions. A valid driver’s license and physical work capability are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must possess a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods.
• Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Technical Execution: Install, troubleshoot, and optimize DDC systems. Work with the team to ensure controls, sensors, and software run right while configuring trends and alarms.
• Project Documentation: Maintain accurate construction records and communicate project status clearly to the team and customers
• Travel & Flexibility: Travel as needed and stay adaptable to changing schedules and project locations to keep field operations on track.
• Ready to Grow: Sharpen your skills through self-directed learning. We expect you to seek out system complexity and take on more responsibility as you advance.
