Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 0 to 12 months of field engineer/coordinator experience; internships count.
• Projects across the Northwest; willingness to relocate within the region.
• Knowledge of construction specifications, methods, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead inspections and orientations, enforcing health and safety practices.
• Coordinate with the superintendent on workforce planning.
• Support project engineers and superintendents with RFIs, shop drawings, changes and billings.
• Participate in supervising self-perform scopes and labor tracking.
• Develop and maintain positive partner relationships on site.
• Coordinate third-party inspections and site reviews.
• Contribute to quality plans and ITP development.
