Ballard Marine Construction LLC is seeking a Field Engineer for a multi-year hydroelectric dam rehabilitation project in remote North/Central Washington near Sedro-Woolley. Relocation assistance is provided for the right candidate, with on-site work required to support planning, field coordination, scheduling, procurement, documentation, quality, and project controls.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in construction or civil engineering, 1+ year in heavy civil/marine projects, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, civil engineering, or related field.
• 1+ year in heavy civil, marine, or industrial projects in field engineer or similar role.
• Experience with field operations, scheduling, procurement, documentation, or project coordination.
• Ability to collaborate with project teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, field coordination, scheduling, procurement, documentation, quality, and project controls.
• Assist with temporary structures construction, demolition, rock anchoring, and marine operations.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and crews.
• Travel/relocation to project site as needed and support multiple scopes through the project lifecycle.
