Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of heavy civil/infrastructure construction experience (internships or co-ops accepted).
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, and drawings in Procore is preferred.
• Familiarity with public works standards (DOT, municipal, AASHTO, FHWA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents to support field operations.
• Review construction drawings, specs, and submittals for field compliance.
• Support layout verification, line and grade checks, and technical clarifications.
• Assist with earthwork, utilities, drainage, and related infrastructure tasks.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and field documentation.
• Support change order documentation and pay applications as needed.
