Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform advanced troubleshooting and repair on medical equipment, including installation, validation, and preventive maintenance. You will lead and coach less experienced engineers, providing feedback to improve performance and technical proficiency.

You will act as the escalation point for customer concerns and oversee issues from dispatch through to resolution, ensuring the highest standards of service and patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Biomedical, or Mechanical Engineering plus 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent military education or High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, or electronic equipment and interfacing with customers.
