This job requisition is subject to overtime discounts (0.95x for exempt; 1.35x for non-exempt) and a 10% discount after six months of service.

Day-to-Day Work:
As a Field Engineer 3, you will perform activities related to installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer products, including desktops, laptops, printers, and software. This is a journeyman support technician position, directed by Help Desk, Service Desk, or scripts, using standard methods, techniques, and tools. You will also resolve support issues beyond the service desk, including troubleshooting, reloading, and re-imaging PCs/laptops. Occasional assistance with server and network teams may be required under their direct instruction.
