As a Field Engineer, you provide essential support to the execution of building projects. The Field Engineer is responsible for assisting the Project Superintendent with on-site supervision, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating subcontractors, and supporting project timelines and budgets.
$78,000-85,000 per year. This is a good faith estimate based on available market data. Final offers depend on experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, cell phone allowance, and all company-sponsored employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match and profit sharing, student loan assistance, and PTO.
