OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and logs.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and providing engineering solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment and materials.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Required
  • 2-5 years experience working on DOT/ Heavy Civil Highway or Marine Construction projects.
  • BS in Civil Engineering
  • EIT and someone looking to become a PM after they gain some experience.
