Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
Track budgets, RFI logs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation.
Conduct site walks and assist in monitoring field progress, quality control and safety compliance.
Facilitate communication between field teams, management, and vendors.
Maintain up-to-date drawing sets and ensure distribution of the latest documents to the field and subs.
Review subcontractor submittals and shop drawings for compliance with project plans, specifications and industry standards.
Help prepare project closeout documents, including punch lists, warranties, and as-builts.
Identify and flag potential issues or risks early and assist in troubleshooting with the PM and field team.
Qualifications
3-5 years in the Construction Industry
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
OSHA 10/30 Certification prefered
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Smartsheet.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities
