Job summary

LiRo-Hill in New York City is seeking a Field Inspector/Engineer to oversee contractor construction activities at MTA NYC Transit stations and manage field inspections across project sites.

The role requires at least five years of relevant experience, MTA work exposure, NYCT Track Safety and PMG 123 certifications, and flexibility to work weekends. You will join a trusted, integrated team delivering public and private sector projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience on relevant projects.
• Prior MTA work experience required.
• Current NYCT Track Safety certification.
• Current MTA PMG 123 certification.
• Electrical / Mechanical / Civil or Architecture discipline.
• Willingness to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractor construction activities at MTA NYC Transit stations.
• Manage field inspections and sitio supervision for construction.
• Coordinate with project team across Hillside Ave. and multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Our MTA project team is seeking a Field Inspector / Engineer to manage and oversee contractor construction activities in MTA New York City Transit station locations.

Project Locations:

Field Office: Hillside Ave., Queens

Sites: 7th Ave., Brooklyn / East 149th St. Bronx / 179th St., Jamaica Queens

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience
• Must have prior MTA work experience
• Current NYCT Track Safety class certification
• Current MTA PMG 123 certification
• Either Electrical / Mechanical / Civil, Architectural discipline
• Must be willing and able to work weekends

-Compensation: Minimum: $104,000 Maximum: $155,000. The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidates’ qualifications and location.
