Job summary

Azuria Water Solutions is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to provide oversight and project support for production, safety, quality and project management standards across pipeline rehabilitation projects.

The role requires coordinating with field crews and subcontractors, conducting pre-bid site surveys, preparing submittals and RFIs, and assisting with scheduling and procurement. Travel up to ~25% is expected; a relevant engineering degree and multi-project experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management with 2+ years of field construction management experience OR 5+ years managing a $1MM portfolio.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exposure to water/sewer or municipal environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and project support for production, safety, quality and project management standards.
• Pre-bid site surveys, contract execution/start-up, and closeout.
• Work with field crews and subcontractors to track and manage project costs, meet production rates and gross profit margins.
• Attend pre-bid, pre-construction and project status meetings with customers.
• Prepare, submit and track Submittals and RFIs.
• Assist with scheduling jobs.
• Prepare scopes of work and assist with awarding of Subcontracts.
• Handle material procurement.
