Job Type: Test & Balance Field Engineer for the commercial HVAC industry to service the Marietta area with periodic national outreach.

National TAB (www.nationaltab.com) is a high-performing certified test, adjust, and balance (TAB) & Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) company. We perform HVAC balancing for clients throughout the United States. Our technicians perform certified testing, adjusting, and balancing of heating, cooling, ventilation, and heat transfer systems in commercial retail, design-build, and public projects. We provide equipment, training, and ongoing support to ensure high standards of service. All associates are based in the Marietta area with opportunities to travel nationwide.

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree or Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET) or similar preferred
• Excellent math, mechanical, and communication skills
• Efficient computer skills
• Willingness to travel Monday – Thursday (4-day work week), approximately 1-2 weeks per month
• Training and tools provided
• Opportunity for NEBB certification and career growth

Compensation: Entry-level candidates start with a base hourly rate plus quarterly bonuses and growth opportunities. Experienced candidates may receive higher starting pay.
