National TAB Intelligence is seeking a Test & Balance Field Engineer to serve the commercial HVAC industry in the Atlanta area, with periodic national outreach.

We are a high-performing certified test, adjust, and balance (TAB) & Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) company, performing HVAC balancing for clients across the United States. Our technicians conduct certified testing, adjusting, and balancing of heating, cooling, ventilation, and heat transfer systems in various commercial projects. We provide all necessary equipment, extensive training, and ongoing support, enabling our technicians to deliver high standards of service.

All new associates will be based in the Atlanta area with opportunities to travel nationwide in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET) degree preferred, or similar
• Excellent math, mechanical, and communication skills
• Efficient computer skills
• Willingness to travel Monday – Thursday (4-day work week), approximately 1-2 weeks per month
• Training and tools provided

Compensation

Recent graduates from engineering technology programs start with a base hourly rate plus quarterly bonuses and growth opportunities. Experienced candidates may receive higher starting compensation.
